Future for Accessible Environment

China's barrier-free industry has achieved gratifying results, but the current low coverage of accessible services is still under concern. Advanced technology and sufficient funds are not enough to tackle the issues. In order to grow faster and stronger, enterprises in the this industry must take into account their social responsibilities. Only by understanding the real demands from users with empathy can they better gain customer’s credibility and market’s respect.
