He founded the Directory of Social Change (DSC), the UK's leading agency providing information, training and support to voluntary organizations, which he ran from 1975 to 1994. In 1998, he was awarded the OBE for services to the voluntary sector.

Penny Low is the founder of the Social Innovation Park (SIP). She helps developing the first Eco-town in the tropics, has chaired the Government Parliamentary Commitiee of the Ministry of Information, Communications and the Arts, and served GPC of Ministries Including Finance, Education, Trade and Industry, National Development, Environment, and Water Resources, Youth and Community Development. She is a veteran of the wealth management industry and a serialtientrepreneur. She serves as a Global Advisor to the Dubai Hub, U.S.-based Larta Institute, Operation Hope, and the Board of Directors of the Common wealth Business Council, etc. She is a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader and Yale World Fellow. Mr. Kam Ho YUEN
Kam Ho Yuen is the Independent Non-executive Director of ICBC (Asia). Prior to that, he was former Chief Executive of the Better Hong Kong Foundation, Business Advisory Council member of UNESCAP and Chairman of its Task Force on Banking and Finance, and Assistant Director/Acting Deputy Director of the Information Services Department of the Hong Kong Government. He was commended by former US President George W. Bush for his efforts in against global terrorism.
