Dr. Ma is the Special Advisor to UNDP and Member of the UNDP SDG Impact Steering Group. He is also the model figure of “40 people in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone in 40 years.” Currently, Dr. Ma serves as the Chairman of SusallWave Technology. Dr. Ma was the former Executive Director, President, and Chief Executive Officer of China Merchants Bank (CMB). After stepping down in 2013, he fully devoted to public welfare and vigorously promoted the concept and practice of sustainable development finance at home and abroad. Dr. Ma has a doctorate degree in economics.

Ping WANG

Ms. Wang founded YouChange Social Entrepreneur Foundation in 2007. She is the pioneer figure of China’s new philanthropy. She has accumulated experiences in education, international politics, policy analysis, investment banking, and consulting. Ms. Wang holds a law degree from the Renmin University of China and a master’s degree in political science from the University of Maryland.

Ming WANG

Prof. Wang is the Professor and the doctoral advisor of the School of Public Policy & Management at Tsinghua University. He is the Director of Social Organization and Social Governance Research Center and the Dean of the Institute for Philanthropy at Tsinghua University. Prof. Wang is the Editor-in-Chief at the China Nonprofit Review.

Jiren LIU (Frank)

Mr. Liu is the Co-Founder of JIFU Investments and the founder of Franklin Templeton Investments (Taiwan). He has accumulated decades of experience in both finance and philanthropy sectors.

Zimu WANG

Mr. Wang is a senior economist. He is the Founder of Huatai Insurance Group. Mr. Wang is also the Vice President of Insurance Society of China.

Shuo QIN

Dr. Qin is a renowned scholar in humanities and finance. He is the Founder of Chin@moments and China Business Civilization Research Center. He helped to establish China Business News and has served as the Editor-in-Chief since then. Dr. Qin was also the Vice President of Shanghai Media Group.

Dr. Ma is the Director of the Center for Finance and Development at Tsinghua University. He is also a member of the Monetary Policy Committee of the People‘s Bank of China, Director of the Green Finance Committee of China Society for Finance and Banking, and Co-Chairman of the G20 Sustainable Finance Working Group.

Dr. Zhang has a doctorate degreein economics. He isthe Director of the Planning Division at the State Administration of Foreign Exchange. In the past, Dr. Zhang has served as the Vice President of People‘s Bank of China (Hainan), President of China Guangfa Bank, Executive Director of China Merchants Bank, and the Chairman of Bosera Asset Management.

Dr. Song is the Chairman of China Association for Public Companies, President of China Enterprise Reform and Development Society, and the President of the World Cement Association. Dr. Song is also the former Chairman at the China National Building Materials Group and the China National Pharmaceutical Group.

Yang YAO

Mr. Yao is the Dean of Peking University National School of Development. He is also the distinguished Professor of Boya, the Director of China Center for Economic Research, the Executive Director of Institute of South-South Cooperation and Development, and the Editor in Chief of China Economic Quarterly.

Gang FAN

Dr. Fan holds a PhD degree in economics. He is a former researcher at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and an economics professor at Peking University. At present, he serves as the Vice President of the China Society of Economic Reform, the Director of the National Economic Research Institute, and the President of the China Development Institute (Shenzhen).
