“Blue Planet”: Enjoy Low-carbon Life, Green Action for a Greener Earth
The "Blue Planet" is the first carbon-penalty authorized operation platform in Shenzhen. It was jointly produced by the Shenzhen Environmental Protection Bureau, the Shenzhen Emission Rights Exchange, and Tencent. Tencent provided technical and operational support, while CASVI served as a co-creator partner for operation. It is an important step in the implementation of the carbon-penalty work system in Shenzhen.
“Elderly Tech Partnership Program”: Technology for the Elderly, Jointly Creating Public Welfare
It was jointly initiated by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, the China Foundation for the Development of the Elderly, and Tencent SSV Time Lab. It was supported by CASVI throughout the process.
Since its official launch in May 2024, two acceleration camps have been held in Shenzhen and Hong Kong respectively. Through activities such as project roadshows, mentor sharing sessions, visits to nursing homes, and participation in the Hong Kong Elderly Technology Expo, the program aimed to help project participants understand the current policy trends, cutting-edge development dynamics, and key pain points in the silver-haired industry. By establishing a platform for interaction and communication between project participants and experts from all walks of life as well as industry partners, the program enabled project participants to gain valuable industry insights and accelerate the large-scale application of high-quality smart elderly care products and services.
“Tanyuan Project”: Exploring Innovative Paradigms for Revitalizing Chinese Culture through Technological Assistance
The "Tanyuan Project 2024" is guided by the Science and Technology Education Department of the National Cultural Heritage Administration. It is initiated by the China Cultural Heritage Information Consulting Center, Tencent SSV Digital Culture Laboratory, Tencent Research Institute, and CASVI. It is jointly launched by China Cultural Heritage News, China Tourism News, and Zijing Magazine. Academic support is provided by nine domestic universities and research institutes including the School of Cultural Industry Management of China Media University and the Cultural Creativity Development Research Institute of Tsinghua University. Through providing financial rewards, resources, and dissemination support, it aims to shape the capabilities of innovation entities and cultivate their achievements, promoting the evolution of the integration of "digital+culture", and injecting continuous vitality and innovative impetus into the digital culture field.
The "Generation Plan 2023": Promoting Universal Health through Technology for Good
The "Generation Plan 2023" was jointly initiated by the Planning, Development and Information Department of the National Health Commission, China Family Newspaper, Tencent SSV Health Inclusive Laboratory, and CASVI. It was guided by the Planning, Development and Information Department of the National Health Commission. Since its launch at the end of 2023, it has focused on the breakthrough application of innovative technologies represented by informatization and digitalization in the field of health care. Through various forms such as online exchanges, offline visits, sharing at smart forums, and video live broadcasts, it has provided continuous project growth support throughout the process.
“Tencent Tech for good Project”: Innovation in Technology, Great Potential for Charity
The second phase of Tencent Technology Charity Incubation Program was initiated by Tencent Technology Charity and Tencent Foundation, with support from CASVI. It also collaborated with the Technology Charity Team to create a set of "1+N" social value integration measurement indicators that combine subjective and objective data.
